Free shipping

Every order includes free shipping to any address within the United States (the 48 continental states) and Puerto Rico. The shipping cost is already included: you pay nothing extra at checkout.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once the order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days within the continental United States (48 states). Shipments to Puerto Rico may take a few additional business days.

Carriers

Deliveries are made through well-known U.S. logistics agencies. The carrier is assigned automatically based on destination, availability and logistical efficiency:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• FedEx

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery at all times.

Delays or external situations

Although we work to meet the stated timelines, Cattaleya Shop is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as:

• Extreme weather conditions.
• Operational delays from the carrier.
• National holidays.
• Incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping may incur additional costs.
